Press Conference Schedule, Martinsville
NASCAR schedules driver press conferences at every race weekend event. These normally include the Top 12 drivers in championship points in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, along with other drivers of note. The press conferences will last approximately 15 minutes each and may be viewed at NASCAR.com. Times listed are local time.
Friday, April 5:
10 a.m. – NASCAR Green Clean Air Tree Planting Program Delivered by UPS – Speedway Blvd. & 47th St. near display area outside track
10:20 a.m. – Danica Patrick (No. 10 GoDaddy.com Chevrolet) - #10 hauler
10:30 a.m. – Brian Vickers (No. 55 Jet Edge Toyota) – Media center
11 a.m. – Mark Martin (No. 11 FedEx Freight Toyota) – Media center
11:15 a.m. – Jimmie Johnson (No. 48 Lowe’s Chevrolet) – Media center
1:30 p.m. – Tony Stewart (No. 14 Rush Trucks Center/Mobil 1 Chevrolet) - #14 hauler
2 p.m. – James Buescher (No. 31 Rheem Chevrolet in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series) & Ricky Stenhouse Jr. (No. 17 Fifth Third Ford) – Media center (special presentation)
2:15 p.m. – Jeff Gordon (No. 24 Drive to End Hunger Chevrolet) – Media center
2:30 p.m. – Jeff Burton (No. 31Childress Institute for Pediatric Trauma Chevrolet) – Media center
Post-Qualifying: Brad Keselowski (No. 2 Miller Lite Ford) will come into the media center following the conclusion of NASCAR Sprint Cup Series qualifying (begins Friday at 3:40 p.m.)
